Anil Savarapu, M.D.

Dr. Anil Savarapu received his medical degree from Gandhi Medical College, in Secunderabad. Dr. Savarapu was awarded Best Teacher of the Year during his career as an academician, Best Freshman of the Year and All Rounder Student of the Year at Gandhi Medical College, NTR University of Health Sciences in India. Dr. Savarapu has participated in health awareness camps for HIV/AIDS and Polio Immunization. He has a true desire to educate his patients about their health conditions so they can appreciate the significance of preventive measures. He is married to Shruti who is a Biomedical Engineer. His hobbies and interests include various sports such as basketball, cricket, tennis and ping pong. He also enjoys cooking various cuisines, dancing and spending quality time with Shruti.

Elizabeth Combs, D.O.

Dr. Elizabeth Combs joins the Glasgow program via the Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, Kentucky. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from University of Kentucky. During medical school, Dr. Combs received the Touch Medallion award for completing over 100 hours of community service. She has been on a mission trip to the Dominican Republic and plans to continue doing mission work upon completion of residency. Dr. Combs also received the President’s Award from PCSOM for earning the highest clinical average score on clinical rotations as well as the Dr. Krishnamurthy Award for excellence in Internal Medicine. She is a Kappa Alpha Theta alumnus and also a Zumba instructor. Working out, needle point, and football are a few of her interests.

Corey Jaquez, M.D.

Dr. Corey Jaquez received his BA in Philosophy from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Jaquez did a preliminary year in General Surgery at Stamford Hospital in Stamford, Connecticut. After working in a primary care setting in West Hartford, Connecticut, it became clear that Board Certification in Family Medicine was now his vocation. Dr. Jaquez enjoys reading, skiing, hiking, bicycling, kayaking and camping. Corey is currently planning an August wedding with his fiancée Aimee.

Sharon Kainth, M.D.

Dr. Sharon Kainth received her undergraduate degree in Pre-med from the Xavier University School of Medicine in Aruba. She received her medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine in Oranjestad. Dr. Kainth has volunteered at the Alzheimer’s Association to help support families touched by this disease. Dr. Kainth is passionate about Dermatology, and is excited by the broad range of conditions and the diverse patient population that Family Medicine allows her. “I enjoy dealing with people of all ages and walks of life” says Dr. Kainth. Some of Dr. Kainth’s hobbies and interests are swimming, yoga, reading, traveling, playing the piano and making new friends.
