Mohammed Anwer, MD
Dr. Mohammed Anwer was born in Baghdad, Iraq. He received his medical degree from Xavier University School of Medicine in Aruba and another M.B.B.S degree from Taiz University school of medicine in Yemen. Outside of medicine, Mohammed enjoys playing soccer, cooking, spending time outdoors, and international traveling with his family and friends.
John Kodatt, MD
Dr. John Kodatt was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He received his medical degree from the Medical University of the Americas in Nevis and a Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Arizona. Dr. Kodatt, in his free time enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking. Among his favorites were hiking Humphreys Peak in Arizona and kayaking with sea turtles in Maui. He is looking forward to exploring all Kentucky has to offer with his family.
Austin Hazlewood, DO
Dr. Austin Hazlewood was born and raised in Martin, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee where he graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Biology. He received his medical degree from Lincoln Memorial University- Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. In his free time he enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and hunting.
Alyssa Anciro, MD
Dr. Alyssa Anciro was born and raised in Somerset, Kentucky. She attended Transylvania University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then received her Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. Dr. Anciro is excited to be returning home and looks forward to serving Kentucky as a Family Medicine physician for many years to come. In her free time, she enjoys walking her dogs, traveling with her family, running outside, reading, listening to “Crime Junkie” podcast, and is a big UK sports fan (Go cats!).
