Matthew David Smith, M.D.

Dr. Smith is originally from Hopkinsville, KY. He received his undergraduate degree in biology from Murray State and his medical degree from the University of Louisville. He has an extensive volunteer history which includes the Hopkins County Community Clinic in Madisonville, the Glow Health Clinic in Louisville, and Habitat for Humanity. He and his wife Sarah have a precious little girl. In addition to spending time with his family, Dr. Smith enjoys the guitar and singing. He is adept at soccer, basketball, Frisbee golf, and racquetball.
