Dillon Pender

Dillon Pender, MD

Dr. Pender was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY. He received a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry & Biology from Western Kentucky University (WKU) and a medical doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Medicine (ULSOM). Among several honors Dr. Pender received the Outstanding Chemistry Major Award and the Glen Dooley Undergraduate Award while at WKU.

He has been involved extensively in several research projects and publications ranging from medical nanotechnology, Sports Medicine, and Geriatrics. He has volunteer experience with the National Wheelchair Basketball Association, Kosair Children’s SMILE program and teaching basic introduction to medical school to incoming medical students. Some of his hobbies include: weight training, hiking and camping, reading military history, and spending time with family and friends.
