*The holiday schedule allows the residents to work in shifts during the last two weeks of December for half the time and take vacation the other half.

One to two half days/week - Orientation, ACLS, NRP, PALS, BLS (2 weeks)
- FM Clinic/Community Medicine (4 weeks)
- Family Medicine Hospital Service
13 weeks (includes 1 week during holiday schedule*) - Obstetrics/Perinatal (4 weeks)
- General Surgery (4 weeks)
- Gynecology (4 weeks)
- Pediatric Wards at Norton Children’s Hospital
8 weeks - Pediatric Emergency Medicine at Norton Children’s Hospital
4 weeks - Emergency Medicine and Night Float
4 weeks - Vacation taken one week at a time during certain rotations
4 weeks (includes one week during holiday schedule*)
Post-Graduate Year 2
- Family Medicine Center
two to three half days/week - FM Clinic (4 weeks)
- Family Medicine Hospital Service Chief of Service (4 weeks)
- Obstetrics/Perinatal (4 weeks)
- Ortho/SM/Rehab (4 weeks)
- Cardiology I (Inpatient) (4 weeks)
- Emergency Medicine and Night Float ( 12 weeks)
- Outpatient Pediatrics (4 weeks)
- Pulmonary (includes critical care)
4 weeks
- Electives (8 weeks)
- Conference time taken in any combination of 5 days
1 week - Vacation taken one week at a time during certain rotations
4 weeks (includes 1 week during holiday schedule*)
Post-Graduate Year 3
- Family Medicine Center
Three to four half days/week - Family Medicine Hospital Chief of Service
8 weeks - Medical Subspecialty Longitudinal Rotation
12 weeks - Cardiology II (Outpatient)
4 weeks - Ortho/Sp Med (4 weeks)
- Ear, Nose, and Throat
2-4 weeks - Ophthalmology
2 weeks - Urology
2-4 weeks
- Health Systems Management
4 weeks - Geriatrics
4 weeks - Family Medicine Outpatient
1 week (during holiday schedule) - Electives
6 weeks - Conference time taken in any combination of days
